InternStation, a platform founded by three students residing in Asia, offers high school students the opportunity to find and pursue internships. We are currently looking for partners who can help us expand into other countries as well.

CMO (in your country):

Job description: This position entails control over the InternStation’s social media platforms, such as youtube, little red book (xiaohongshu), bilibili, as well as publishing articles and promoting the business.

 

Job specification: Experienced with managing social media platforms, strong organizational skills, and willingness to participate in promotional activities.

 

COO (in your country):

Job description: This position entails control over InternStation’s operations, assistance with the CEO’s work, developing a marketing strategy and policy, ensuring all deadlines are met, revising all provided internship opportunities, representing and helping the CEO in managing InternStation’s day-to-day operations, and providing monthly reports on the company to the CEO. 

 

Job specification: Good communication, patient when replying to customers and free to talk to them, adequate leadership and organizational skills. Those who have previous experience will be given priority.

 

CSO (in your country):

Job description: This position entails networking with companies in your country for partnerships and pursuing similar business opportunities or partnerships.

 

Job specification: Strong communication skills (both writing and speaking), self-management, and learning ability. Works well under pressure, professional, responsible, hard-working, has a strong understanding of the company’s values and resources, and can find ways to enter into certain markets. Those who have connections or access into firms we can work with will be given priority.

 

CAO (in your country):

Job description: This position entails designing promotional posters or advertisements and simple images.

 

Job specification: Experienced with using editing and designing software, responsible, and able to concisely follow instructions.

 

CHO (in your country):

Job description: This position entails reviewing applications for all roles and employing members, sorting through resumes, and setting up and conducting interviews.

 

Job specification: Strong at communicating in English, good communication skills, and relatively free outside of class/work. Priority will be given to those with a strong network.

 

Technology Department:

Job description: This position entails designing and maintaining the website and managing certain company operations.

 

Job specification: Experienced with using online website builders, relatively free outside of class/work, careful with work, and responsible.
